Exhibitors are limited to local and overseas companies and organizations in |
|
relevant fields of semiconductor products. |
2. |
The Organizer prohibits selling and/or exhibiting forgery products and |
|
products that are infringement of other companies’ trademarks and/or patents. All exhibitors in violation of this rule will be ordered to cease exhibition. All payments will not be refunded and the exhibitors are liable for all indemnity. |
| 3. |
The Organizer has the right to determine if any product or service is |
|
consistent with the purpose of the exhibition and to refuse applications from companies with prior records of violation of rules. |

Application Method |

Complete and sign the application form, and fax the form with deposit made by wire transfer advice as issued by the applicant’s bank to “Ms. Wang” on +886-2-25771854. |

From now till all the booths are filled. Priority of services is based upon the mailing dates of the application forms.Application shall be processed in a waiting list in case booth space is fully booked. |

Priority of space allocation is based on the following criteria to determine the |

number and location of booth(s): |

(1) Number of available booth(s) and |
| |
|
(2) Date of application (first-come, first-served) |

If you are absent in the allocation meeting of drawing for booth, |

the allocation space will be determined by organizers. |

2. |
To maintain quality and preserve consistency throughout the |
| |
|
Exhibition, the Organizer has the final right in the allocation of booth spaces and processing applications of exhibition areas. |

1. |
Cost of booth space includes the following: |
| |
|
(1)The cost of one booth space, 9 m2 (LXW: 3m x 3m) |
| |
|
(2)Booth shell scheme and facilities: carpet, fascia board with company |
| |
|
|
name, one set ofbooth number, three sets of spot light, wall partition, one information counter, two folding chairs, one electricity power supply (500W, 110V). |

For special decorations, it is optional to choose and contact the decoration |
| |
|
suppliers recommended by the Organizer. |
| |
|
|

| |
Any exhibitor wishing to cancel its participation must submit a notice to Taipei Computer Association in writing before February 28, 2009. 50% of the down payment shall be refunded. If any exhibitor cancels its participation after March 1, 2009, no payment shall be refunded. |

| |
Each exhibitor will receive an exhibition manual after the space allocation meeting. It shall contain detail information and procedures regarding fees for electricity, booth decorations, and display facilities. |

|

| |
Should there be any issues being over-looked or necessary modifications be required from time to time, the Organizer reserves the right to make/add any changes. In the event of natural disaster(s) such that the Organizer changes the date and venue of the exhibition, no payment shall be refunded and the Organizer will not bear any liability for indemnity. |
